this policy explains what information vallua collects right now, how it is used, and the choices you have. vallua is currently a pre-launch waitlist; this policy will be replaced with the full product policy before the platform opens.
what we collect
if you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and the language locale your browser was using when you signed up.
we use vercel speed insights to measure page performance. it captures anonymous metrics about page load and rendering. it does not capture personal information or fingerprint visitors.
we do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.
how we use it
your email is used solely to notify you when the beta opens and to send a small number of related onboarding messages.
we never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
where it lives
waitlist data is stored in supabase (eu/us regions). transactional email is sent through resend. the site is hosted on vercel. these processors handle data on our behalf under their own security standards.
your choices
you can ask us to delete your email from the waitlist at any time by replying to any vallua email or messaging us on x at @vallua_io. removal happens within 7 days.
